Major Estates is looking for an industrious, capable Sales Negotiator to join our Estate Agency team for our busy office in Wealdstone, Harrow.
The candidate must have:
- Excellent sales negotiation skills and a proven track record in residential property sales.
- Outgoing, personable, resilient with bags of enthusiasm, self-motivation, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to offer a high standard of customer service.
- Strong organisation and administration skills.
- Must be smart, presentable with professional standards.
- Outstanding people skills and the ability to succeed in a fiercely competitive business environment.
- Computer literate and adept at using IT and software packages including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software.
- A full driving licence.
This is a great opportunity for sales hungry and career driven candidate who has experience in an Estate Agency / Property organisation.
To be considered for this role you must also have your own car and a full UK driving licence.
A competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum and a commission structure package is offered for the right candidate.
